The location of this hotel was great, close to both the city centre and local amenities, making it convenient and safe to stay in the Ashley district.

The staff was efficient and pleasant all the time. The unit we got was stylish with very comfortable bed as well as bathroom. Liked hot chocolate and eggs at breakfast.

The room was very spacious, comfortable bed. Eggs and hot chocolate were appetising and overall there was lots of food. The staff was attentive and the location was easy - altogether a very very good experience.

I booked a room with lovely lake views and enjoyed the added amenities of a hair dryer, shower caps, and bath sheets, as well as the excellent service and delicious food at this venue.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a couple of nights, and I must say that I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The hotel is located in a quite area, with good motorway links to many nearby places. This made it very convenient for me to explore the surrounding areas during my stay. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The two male receptionists, in particular, were always on their toes and provided excellent service.

I had a minor issue during my stay where there was some refurbishment going on in the hotel reception and restaurant areas. While I was warned about it in advance, it did feel a bit like walking into a building site.

Loved the location on the pond. Moreover, there was a lake within 5 mins walk from the hotel. My beautifully designed room came with a huge bed as well as the bathroom. Everything seemed really good, fairly clean.

The building and rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with exceptional service and a well-maintained pool on site, as well as a lovely interior and a great restaurant.
